Create lasting memories in this beautifully remodeled 1960s Holden Beach charmer. The entire six-bedroom, four-bath duplex is yours, with ocean views and public beach access just a two-minute walk away.

Each level features a fully stocked, high-end kitchen, a comfortable living area, and dedicated laundry facilities—giving larger families and groups plenty of room to gather while still enjoying separate spaces. Three of the six bedrooms are primary bedrooms.

After a day at the beach, rinse off in the enclosed hot-and-cold outdoor shower with rainfall showerhead, then relax in your private saltwater pool. Pool heat is included at no additional charge from late September through April.

Enjoy the entire private top floor of our beautifully remodeled three-bedroom, two-bath Holden Beach duplex, just a two-minute walk from the beach. Relax on the deck while taking in expansive ocean views, along with peaceful views of the marsh and pool.

Dedicated parking and a private entrance lead to the complete upstairs residence, with its own kitchen, living area, bedrooms, bathrooms, and laundry. Nothing inside is shared. When the floors are rented separately, only the heated saltwater pool and enclosed outdoor shower are shared with downstairs guests. Pool heat is included at no additional charge from late September through April.

The full kitchen includes quartz countertops, an oven, a four-burner stove, a refrigerator, and a kitchen bar that doubles as a laptop workspace. Sleep comfortably in the queen loft with dresser storage. The main level includes a full bathroom and a premium queen-size foam sleeper sofa.

Low-E, double-pane ocean-view windows provide comfort and efficiency, with privacy blinds when you want them.

The Ocean View was a great vacation rental for our family. Richard was easy to communicate with and was quick to respond. The rental as listed has extra beach chairs, wagons, bikes if you care for a ride, and a couple of kayaks. The rooms were clean and linens and bath towels are provided. The lower-floor and upper-floor kitchens were well stocked for cooking. Charcoal and gas grills are provided. After a long day at the beach, the outside shower is fantastic to get cleaned up before getting into the pool to wind down the day. Everyone in our group had nothing but good things to say about the Ocean View. Thanks for a great vacation, Richard.
